After an initial intake and evaluation, one of our certified trainers will make recommendations of what to start with, however this is completely customizable, and you pick what you want trained during each lesson. Eash lesson is typically 45-60 mins in length

Meet the Blacks, Jerry , Stacy , Jeremy and Ethan Burneson. Jerry is a US Army veteran who retired from a career in technology and is a certified dog trainer. He grew up and lived most of his life in Batavia, Ohio and has coached football all levels (youth, middle school, highs school). Stacy is a VP of Global IT Infrastructure for a major electronics manufacturing company, enjoys dogs, technology and traveling. Jeremy (son) is also a certified dog instructor and enjoys motor-cross and of course playing with dogs. Ethan will be a junior in high school, wrestles, runs track and plays football when not playing with dogs and learning to train too.
We have 6 German Shepherds Timmy, Rommel, Zorro, Brutus, Fips and Paris. We look forward to caring for your fur babies as if they were one of our own!
Come have your best buddy visit us at out spacious 16 acre doggie paradise with 4 large wooded exercise runs one with a lake for those of our guest who love to swim.

Here at Lucky Dawg Pet Resort we are blessed to have a great staff that truly cares about dogs and our clients. We have 2 certified dog trainers on staff and a current staff of 6. You can rest assured when you fur baby is here that they will be well cared for and loved just as we do with our own dogs. The most important part of any business is the people who run it, and we have some of the best employees you could hope for here at Lucky Dawg Pet Resort. So think of us next time you need dog boarding, dog grooming, dog day care or dog training for your best friend. We specialize in nervous fearful dogs and are able to help them adjust while they are in our care. We like to think of our service as providing a doggie vacation not just a place to stay.
